Serbian envoy salutes Kinoti

Serbian ambassador to Kenya Dragan Zupanjevac (pictured 2^nd right with his deputy, Ms Jovanka Maric and Kinoti), who is also the country’s envoy for Uganda, Rwanda, Somalia, Comoros and Eritrea paid a courtesy call to the Director, Directorate of Criminal Investigations, George Kinoti, at his offices in Mazingira Complex.

The envoy lauded DCI’s leading role in the fight against transnational organised crimes in the region, specifically in drugs and human trafficking.

He also congratulated the DCI boss on his recent election to the INTERPOL Executive Committee, and urged him to foster greater collaboration between other member states, to make the world a safer place to live in.

The envoy was accompanied by the deputy Ambassador, Ms Jovanka Maric.

Also present during the meeting was the Executive Advisor to the Director, Mr Mohammed Roba, OGW.
