Is Ruto controlling the Judiciary?

Questions
are being asked on whether William Ruto is using the billions of shillings he
has looted to bribe judicial officers.
Some top
judges and magistrates are in Ruto’s payroll and thus have been making absurd
rulings.
The latest
was a magistrate acquitting former Sports Cabinet Secretary Richard Echesa in
the Sh39 billion fake arms scandal.
The magistrate
who acquitted Echesa has now been suspended.
Senior Principal Magistrate Kenneth Cheruiyot was suspended for
reading the ruling at night.
There are reports
the magistrate was bribed to acquit Echesa, a close ally of Deputy President as
one way of shielding Ruto from possible prosecution.
Echesa was the
link between Ruto and the architects of multi-billion shillings scandal.
It is on record
that the scandal was executed in the Deputy President’s Harambee House, which
means Ruto was aware of it.
