Why Ruto, Gachagua are worried of a Raila presidency

When President Daniel arap Moi was killing and displacing our (Kikuyu) people in Molo, Mau, and Olenguroin; when Moi finished our farmer's coffee, tea, and milk; when Moi was retrenching all Kikuyus in Posta, Telkom, Railways, Kenya Power etc replacing them with Kalenjins, Rigathi Gachagua was MOI's right-hand man.

If it was not for the agitation and street battles of the selfless Raila Odinga, Kenneth Matiba, Charles Rubia, James Orengo, Timothy Njoya, Kiraitu Murungi, Njehu Gatabaki, Mwai Kibaki, Martha Karua, Paul Muite, Charity Ngilu, etc our community would be in tatters.

When Raila Odinga fought for our people in Molo and Mau alongside his father, people like Rigathi Gachagua and William Ruto were busy ensuring we are enslaved and our leaders like Matiba jailed and killed.

Voting UDA and Ruto is taking Kenya back to those old dark days.

Few things are certain; in 100 days of a Ruto presidency (God forbid), Kenya will have no free media, your phones shall be tapped, the white trail cars will return, internet censorship will be common occurrence, disappearances and assassinations will be the order of the day.

Projects will stall, genuine contractors edged out, Mungiki will return, illicit brews will be back in Mt Kenya, counties will collapse, Mt Elgon and Kapendo gangs will emerge, cattle rustling will resume, forceful evictions of Kikuyu and Luhya from Rift Valley, SGR will be grounded, Turkana minefields grabbed, Somalia warlords will settle in Kenya, education system will collapse, nepotism will be back in disciplined forces....

We shall have no country again.

 The significance of a Raila presidency at the moment is as important as Kibaki's presidency was in 2002.

Raila Odinga will help this country cross the Rubicon and Uhuru knows as much.

Ruto is a disaster in waiting for anyone who knows where we have come from as a nation.

If you've never thought seriously about the future of your generations especially if you are a Kikuyu, this is the moment. That's why you can see his bitterness while insulting Kanini Kega in presence of kids peeping from the windows.

The stakes are too high for them and they can't imagine Raila is gaining ground and deconstructed the 9yr hustler narrative they have been telling us about.
