Ruto’s pathological hatred for Merus revealed

Deputy President William Ruto hates the Meru community with a passion.

His hatred emanates from the hardworking nature of the community, which has shunned his handouts.

The Meru community is known for honesty, integrity and hardworking nature.

Afraid that the about 1.5 million voters from the community will not back his presidential bid, Ruto has launched an onslaught against leading sons and daughters of the community.

While in Meru, Ruto demonstrated his disdain for local governor Kiraitu Murungi when he insulted him in a rally.

Ruto was irked that Kiraitu did not join his caravan in Meru and more so the governor is supporting ODM leader Raila Odinga for presidency.

Kiraitu later urged Ruto to be respectful of other leaders.

After Kiraitu, Ruto directed his anger to the Chief Justice Martha Koome, a great daughter of the Meru community.

Justice Koome is one of the gifted legal minds from Meru.

Ruto’s beef with her is that she sits in a committee that is preparing next year’s polls.

But the DP’s main fear is that with Justice Koome, he will not be able to rig the elections and more so hire corrupt judges to do his bidding.

Ruto’s other beef is with Directorate of Criminal Investigations boss, George Kinoti, who also hails from Meru.

Ruto fears that Kinoti is going after corrupt individuals bankrolling his campaigns.

He is also afraid of Kinoti since the latter has a file on the murders Ruto has committed.

Ruto has also a bone to pick with Mt Kenya Foundation vice chair, Titus Ibui.

His beef with the latter is because he welcomed Raila Odinga to the region.

The same goes for Tharaka Nithi governor, Muthomi Njuki who he publicly insulted during a recent rally.

Ruto also hates Agriculture Cabinet Secretary Peter Munya, another great son of the Meru community.

He knows Munya has the files detailing how cartels with Ruto’s backing looted farmers’ money in various agricultural organisations.
