Ruto is the biggest enemy of the Ameru people

"Someone came to my County and insulted me because I don't support corruption, land grabbing, wash wash (fake money business) and lies," those were the words of Meru Governor Kiraitu Murungi.

The governor was reacting to insults hurled to him by Deputy President William Ruto when the latter toured the county as part of his premature 2022 campaigns.

Ruto in a public rally dismissed Kiraitu and President Uhuru Kenyatta as ‘useless people and stupid’ for selling ODM leader Raila Odinga as the best bet for presidency in next year’s General Election.

But a close look at Ruto’s conduct shows he is not a friend of the populous Ameru Nation and would do everything to bring their prominent sons and daughters down.

Indeed, it is on record that Ruto has been fighting the community’s sons and daughters, even orchestrating their removal from government.

He wants the region’s elite to follow him blindly, and only those who steal with him are safe.  

For instance, Ruto spent huge resources fighting Agriculture Cabinet Secretary Peter Munya.

He was even opposed to Munya’s appointment to the government as CS.

Ruto fought Munya but President Uhuru gave him a lifeline in Cabinet.

By God's grace, Munya will occupy Kilimo House till 10/8/2022.

Munya’s crime was being ambitious, which was a threat to Ruto’s 2022 plans for presidency.

Ruto also fought former Meru Woman Representative Florence Kajuju before President Uhuru gave her a lifeline as Ombudsman.

The Deputy President is also on record fighting Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI)  boss George Kinoti and even publicly demanding his removal.

He began fighting him upon being appointed to the post by Uhuru.

His beef with Kinoti is that the latter has gone for thieves stealing public money.

The Deputy President even took his battle with DCI to the doorstep of Uhuru when he claimed the murder of Sergeant Kipyegon Kenei’s was politically instigated and that the DCI was being used undermine his office.

He claimed his political competitors were behind Kenei’s murder as part of the wider scheme to block him from becoming President in 2022.

But the truth of the matter is that Ruto killed Kenei fearing he would have exposed his dirty deals in the Richard Echesa Sh39 billion fake guns scandal that was being executed in his Harambee Annex offices.

And now Ruto is fighting Kiraitu.

Ruto through Garissa Township MP Adan Duale and Nyalis’ Mohamed Ali is also seriously fighting Miraa industry, the bedrock of the region’s economy.

He aims is to zombify the Meru electorate the way he has done with some Meru MPs, so that they can be getting handouts from him as he prepares for  2022 campaigns.

The DP cannot initiate development projects that will benefit he Ameru Nation.

Literally, Ruto wants to see every great son or daughter of Meru down, crying and mentally disoriented.

Forget the hypocrisy and convenient lip-service, he simply hates anything Meru.
